Your 30-day target

Accountability starts after the target is clear. Be specific where you can.

Examples: complete 12 workouts, finish a proposal, rebuild a nightly reading habit, complete one project milestone, organize a job-search plan.

What changes if you make progress? What continues to cost you if you stay stuck?

Describe evidence. What would we be able to see, count, finish, submit, track, or notice?

Daily action readiness

A daily promise should be small enough to finish today and meaningful enough to matter.
